Nonlinear Dynamics with LEGO

In order to show the students of my Nonlinear Dynamics course at the ETH Zürich some nonlinear dynami phenomena, I developed a number of LEGO systems using the LEGO Mindstorms Robotic set. Lego Mindstorms has a programmable brick called "NXT" (replacing the former "RCX") which can be programmed using ROBOLAB, a Labview software for LEGO Mindstorms, which is developed by Prof. Chris Rogers of the Center for Engineering Education and Outreach.
